If you find a challenge in your day though, know I can walk you through how to solve it. If you want to know how or why something was not working I will show you and walk you through the repair as we do it. That way you might not need that support again.  I am also happy to fix it for you and free your hands from any technical talk or burden of becoming a computer repairman yourself. Sometimes you just do not want to know and have it fixed without worrying.

I am available on the office phone nearly 24 hours per day by appointment as well. I work when you need me to, I have clients and servers in a few countries I support now.

Any questions, concerns, technical support or issues of any kind. I am available to help. I can remote into your computer and assist as well. Remote assistance may have a charge. I will let you know if we need to go that far and prior to any surprises.
